Tracey was born and raised on the farm where her father worked near Andover. Tracey spent her childhood around the cows and horses on the farm and her family were keen equestrians competing in National Carriage Driving events.
Upon leaving school Tracey joined the local council within an administration role whilst completing her Business Administration and Customer Service NVQ’s to achieve a Customer Service Advance Modern Apprenticeship.
Tracey has 18 years’ experience of working within administration and customer service areas of businesses and more recently was part of the senior management team heading up the Operational side of the business showing great strength in her natural ability to prioritise, problem solving and enthusiasm to get things done.
Tracey and her husband Shaun have two children, their son Marshall loves farming and knows a lot about farm machinery and has a love for tractors! Maddie loves all animals great and small and they both enjoy horse riding.
Tracey joins John Woolley taking over from Karly Bruce-White who is now concentrating on running her own family farming business.
Tracey is looking forward to managing the business, being involved with the variety of our work and the properties concerned, and the special relationship we hold with all our clients, new and old.
